Your ZeroPilot AI onboarding begins with a 60-minute kickoff call. We'll walk you through connecting your existing accounting software, business bank accounts, and expense tools. If you're already on Xero, we sync instantly. If you're migrating from MYOB, QuickBooks, or spreadsheets, we handle the full data migration — at no extra cost.

We'll also set up your Dext account for automated receipt and invoice capture, so your team can snap a photo of any expense and have it coded and reconciled automatically.

Once connected, our team of qualified accountants — backed by AI automation — takes care of your day-to-day bookkeeping. Every transaction is categorised, every bank feed reconciled, and every payable and receivable tracked.
